Terms of use
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of heptakyklos.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who we are
The site is run by HeptaKyklos Software Studios, based in Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us at hello@heptakyklos.com.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our work and to contact us. Please do not try to disrupt it, get into parts of it that are not public, or use it for anything unlawful.
Prices and information
Prices on the site are starting prices in US dollars, or in Kenyan shillings for visitors in Kenya. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate, converted daily, and are there for information only. Everything on the site describes our services in general and may change; it is not an offer.
Projects
Every project is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the work, the price, the ownership of the code and data, and how changes are handled. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Automations and AI agents
Automations follow rules the client approves. An AI agent can make mistakes, so the client decides which of its actions wait for their approval before they happen, and can switch it off at any time; the rest of the software keeps working. An agent runs on credits the client loads with the AI provider, and that provider’s terms apply to its use. The details of each project are set out in its agreement.
